It is critical for the health of your leadership team that they spend significant time growing as Christians and as leaders. Leadership meetings should be much more than spreadsheets, budgets, and dealing with problems. They should also be mentoring times that spill over into 1-on-1 meetings during the week. An excellent class for this is the Spiritual Life of the Leader in the Institute program.
