Zemarites

ZEMARITES (zĕm'a-rīts, Heb. ha-tsemārî). A tribe of Canaanites mentioned in the “Table of the Nations” (Gen.10.18; 1Chr.1.16) in the Hamite list between the Arvadites and Hamathites. The site was probably modern Sumra, on the coast between Arvad and Tripolis.
