Tishri
TISHRI tĭsh’ rĭ (תִּשְׁרִי). The seventh month of the Heb. ecclesiastical calendar; also called Ethanim (1 Kings 8:2). It was the first month of the civil calendar. The Jewish New Year fell on the first day of Tishri.

tish’-re, tiz’-re: The 7th month of the Jewish ecclesiastical, and 1st of the civil, year (September-October). The same as Ethanim.
