Timaeus

TIMAEUS (tī-mē'ŭs, Gr. Timaios). The father of a blind man whose eyes Jesus opened (Mark.10.46-Mark.10.52), the name Bartimaeus meaning “son of Timaeus.”


TIMAEUS tī me’ əs (Τιμαι̂ος, G5505). The father of Bartimaeus, the blind beggar of Jericho (Mark 10:46).
