Tehinnah
TEHINNAH (tē-hĭn'a, Heb. tehinnâh, entreaty). Son of Eshton of Judah, “father of Ir Nahash” (1Chr.4.12).
TEHINNAH tĭ hĭn’ ə (תְּחִנָּ֖ה, supplication). A Judahite, descended from Chelub; the father or founder of Irnahash (1 Chron 4:12).

"The father of the city Nahash" (1Ch 4:12). The verse seems to refer to some post-exilic Jewish settlement, but is utterly obscure.
