Shemed
SHEMED (shē'mĕd, Heb. shamedh, destruction; however, some MSS have shamer, watcher). The third-named son of Elpaal. He built Ono and Lod (1Chr.8.12).
SHEMED she’ mĭd (שָׁ֑מֶד). Head of a clan of the tribe of Benjamin; descendant of Shaharaim. After the Exile he repopulated the towns of Ono and Lod (1 Chron 8:12; KJV SHAMED).
