Semachiah

SEMACHIAH sĕm’ ə kī’ ə (סְמַכְיָֽהוּ, Jehovah has sustained). A Korahite family of gatekeepers (1 Chron 26:7). “Ismachiah” in 2 Chronicles 31:13 should prob. be “Semachiah.”
