PERUDA pĭ rŏŏ’ də (פְרוּדָֽא). Head of a family of Solomon’s servants who returned from the Babylonian exile (Ezra 2:55; Neh 7:57 [PERIDA, pĭ rī’ də]; 1 Esd 5:33 [KJV PHARIRA, fä rī’ re, ASV PHARIDA, fä rī’ de]).
