Nohah

NOHAH (nō'ha, Heb. nôhâh, rest). The fourth among the ten sons of Benjamin (1Chr.8.2) but not mentioned in Gen.46.21.

NOHAH nō’ hə (נֹ֥כַח, rest). 1. A place mentioned in Judges 20:43 (KJVmg. Menuchah, RSVmg. Menuhah); possibly connected with 2.

2. A Benjaminite clan (1 Chron 8:2).

International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915)

The fourth son of Benjamin (1Ch 8:2). It is probable that in Jud 20:43, instead of "a resting-place" we should read "Nohah," which may have been the settlement of the family.
