NEPHEG (nē'fĕg, Heb. nephegh, sprout, shoot)

Son of Izhar, brother of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram (Exod.6.21).A son of David (2Sam.5.15; 1Chr.3.7; 1Chr.14.6).


NEPHEG nē’ fĕg (נֶ֖פֶג. sprout). 1. A Levite; son of Izhar and brother of Korah (Exod 6:21).

2. One of the sons of David (2 Sam 5:15; 1 Chron 3:7; 14:6).
