Lehabites
LEHABIMlĭ hā’ bĭm (לְהָבִ֖ים). A people descended from Egypt, together with the Ludim, Anamim, Naphtuhim, Pathrusim, Casluhim, and the Caphtorim (Gen 10:13, 14; 1 Chron 1:11). Nothing is known about them, but some scholars suggest that the word should be emended to “Lubim” or Libyans. SeeLibya, Libyans.
International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915)
Named in Ge 10:13; 1Ch 1:11 as descendants of Mizraim. They are probably to be identified with the LUBIM (which see), and the one word may be a corruption of the other.
