CRUCIBLE. A refining pot for silver and gold and other metals, made to resist great heat (Prov.17.3; Prov.27.21).

CRUCIBLE (מַצְרֵף, H5214). A melting pot, prob. made of pottery that can resist great heat, for refining metals like silver and gold (Prov 17:3; 27:21).
