COSAM (kō’săm). An ancestor of Christ (Luke.3.28).
COSAM ko’ səm (Gr. Κωσάμ, G3272, Lat. Vul. Cosan), a person mentioned in the genealogy of Jesus (Luke 3:28). Proper Heb. name קֹסֵ֣ם, “diviner,” “vintner.”
