Col-hozeh
COL-HOZEH (kŏl-hō'zĕ, all-seeing one). A Judahite of Nehemiah’s day whose son Shallum rebuilt the fountain gate of Jerusalem (Neh.3.15; Neh.11.5).
COL-HOZEH kŏl hō’ zə, Heb. כָּל־חֹזֶה, the eponym of an unidentified sub group of the tribe of Judah, mentioned only in Nehemiah 3:15; 11:5. The name is used as a patronymic in Ezra, but appears to belong to a common type of postexilic collective names.
International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915)
A man whose son Shallum rebuilt the fountain gate of Jerusalem in the days of Nehemiah (Ne 3:15). The Col-hozeh of Ne 11:5 is probably another man.
