Beri

BERI (bê'rī, Heb. bērî, wisdom). A descendant of Asher (1Chr.7.36).

BERI bĭr’ ī (בֵּרִ֥י, wisdom). An Asherite, son of Zophah (1 Chron 7:36). The name is not mentioned in the parallel genealogies (Gen 46:17, 18; Num 26:44-47); it apparently has no connection with the Beriites of Numbers 26:44 or with the Berites of 2 Samuel 20:14 KJV.
