BEN-ZOHETH (bĕn-zō'hĕth, Heb. ben-zôhēth, probably to be strong). Son (or perhaps grandson) of Ishi of the tribe of Judah (1Chr.4.20).

BEN-ZOHETH bĕn zō’ hĕth (בֶּנ־זוֹחֵֽת; LXX υίοὶ Ζωαθ; son of Zoheth). The son or grandson of Ishi, in the census list of Judah (1 Chron 4:20). He is otherwise unknown.

(ben-zoheth, "son of Zoheth," from a Hebrew root meaning "to be strong(?)"): A son of Ishi of the house of Judah (1Ch 4:20).
