Asshurim

ASSHURIM ăsh’ ər ĭim (אַשּׁוּרִ֥ם). An Arabian tribe descended, with the Letushim and Leummim, from Abraham and Keturah through Dedan (Gen 25:3). They are not related to the Assyrians. International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915) Mentioned among the sons of Dedan, son of Jokshah, son of Abraham by Keturah (Ge 25:3).
