ACBOR (ăk'bôr, Heb. ‘akhbôr, mouse)

The father of a king of Edom (Gen.36.38-Gen.36.39; 1Chr.1.49).A messenger sent by King Josiah to inquire of the Lord concerning the book found by Hilkiah (2Kgs.22.12, 2Kgs.22.14; called Abdon in 2Chr.34.20); father of Elnathan (Jer.26.22; Jer.36.12).
