Koa

KOA (kō'a). A people east of the Tigris, between Elam and Media, named with the Babylonians, Chaldeans, Assyrians, Pekod, and Shoa as about to invade Judah (Ezek.23.23).



KOA kō’ ə (קֹ֔ועַ). A people named with Pekod and Shoa as enemies of Jerusalem (Ezek 23:23 RSV, KJV, ASV); often mentioned in Assyrian inscrs. in the same company. They prob. lived NE of Babylonia.

A people named with Pekod and Shoa as enemies of Jerusalem (Eze 23:23). Their location was probably Northeast of Babylonia.
