HADLAI (hăd'lī, ceasing, forbearing). The father of Amasa, an Ephraimite chief, mentioned only in 2Chr.28.12.
HADLAI hăd’ lī (חַדְלָ֑י). An Ephraimite, the father of Amasa, head of the tribe in the time of Pekah, king of Israel (2 Chron 28:12).
