We just want to say a big thank you to those of you who donated in July. It has been a huge encouragement for us to able to continue operations here at BiblicalTraining and to provide free online classes to you. For April, May, and June we have seen a 36% increase in usage of our online resources compared to the same period in prior years. As more people access these classes our expenditures increase, so your donations have really helped offset these.
Since we announced our new class, The Historical Reliability of the Gospels, taught by Dr. Craig Blomberg, we have seen over 600 enrollments in this free class. We hope that this class is proving to be beneficial to you, your online group, and your church. If you are not yet enrolled in this class, click CLICK HERE to enroll today and listen to lectures at your own pace. To date, we have fundraised $660 (20%) of our $3.495 goal. If you enjoy this class and have the means to do so, would you consider a small donation?
We are still scheduled to begin recording Old Testament Survey, with Dr. Miles van Pelt the first week of October 2020. Thanks to the generosity of some of you, we have raised $9,903 (40%) of our $25,000 estimated production expenses. We will keep you posted with any updates related to this class!
We are excited to announce the release of our new BiblicalTraining Mobile App. The Android app will be available by the end of today and the iOS app will be available next week. Why a new release? Well, we are responding to a lot of feedback asking for enrollment and progress tracking features that are available on our website but not in our current app. Thanks to the generosity of one of our major donations our programmer, Josh, has completed the upgrades and testing. We are also releasing our new class, The Historical Reliability of the Gospels, on the app as well as other class updates.
Thank you again for using the online resources we offer, for your prayers, and your generosity.
