Unknown Tongue

UNKNOWN TONGUE (Gr. glōssa, tongue). The expression “unknown tongue” occurs six times in the KJV (1Cor.14.2, 1Cor.14.4, 1Cor.14.13-1Cor.14.14, 1Cor.14.19, 1Cor.14.27) where Paul refers to the charismatic gift of speaking in tongues.
