Mizar
MIZAR (mī'zar, Heb. har mits‘ār, small). A small peak in the neighborhood of the great Mount Hermon (Ps.42.6). The word may be a common noun, “a little hill.”
MIZAR mī’ zär (מִצְעָֽר, littleness). This may be the name of a mountain, one of the Hermon range (Ps 46:2), or it may be an adjective, used to contrast the mighty Hermon with a small mountain. The site is not certain.
