Mibsam
MIBSAM (mĭb’săm, Heb. mivsām, sweet odor, related to balsam)
One of the twelve Ishmaelite patriarchs, corresponding to the twelve sons of Jacob (Gen.25.13).A grandson or great-grandson of Simeon, perhaps named after the preceding (1Chr.4.25).
MIBSAM mĭb’ săm (מִבְשָֽׂם). 1. A son of Ishmael, and the name of a tribe descended from him (Gen 25:13; 1 Chron 1:29).
2. A Simeonite (1 Chron 4:25).
