Meraiah
MERAIAH (mē-rā'ya, rebellious). A priest of Israel in the time of Joiakim (Neh.12.12).
MERAIAH mĭ rā’ yə (מְרָיָ֔ה). The head of the priestly family of Seraiah in the time of Joiakim (Neh 12:12). Ezra belonged to it.

me-ra’-ya, me-ri’-a (merayah, "contumacious"): A priest in the time of Joiakim son of Jeshua, and head of the priestly house of Seraiah to which Ezra belonged (Ne 12:12; compare Ezr 7:1).
