Maadai
MAADAI (mā'a-dā'ī, Heb. ma‘ădhay, ornaments). A son of Bani. He was one of the Israelites who married foreign women (Ezra.10.34).
MAADAI mā’ ə dī (מַעֲדַ֥י). Son of Bani; he gave up his foreign wife in the time of Ezra (Ezra 10:34). In 1 Esdras 9:34 RSVmg. the name is Momdius.
