JEZRAHIAH (jĕz-ra-hī'a, Heb. yizrahyâh, Jehovah appears, or shines). The leader of the singing at the purification of the people in the time of Nehemiah (Neh.12.42).

JEZRAHIAH jĕz’ rə hī’ ə (יִֽזְרַֽחְיָ֑ה). A leader of the Temple singers who took part in the dedication of the walls of Jerusalem (Neh 12:42); called Izrahiah in 1 Chronicles 7:3.
