Jehizkiah
JEHIZKIAH (jē'hĭz-kī'a, Jehovah strengthens). A son of Shallum, an Israelite in the days of Ahaz king of Judah. He confronted the soldiers of Israel for bringing back as slaves their brothers of Judah (2Chr.28.12).
JEHIZKIAH je’ hĭz kī’ ə (יחִזְקִיָּ֨הוּ). Son of Shallum; a chief of Ephraim who with Obed opposed the bringing of Judean captives to Samaria in the time of Ahaz (2 Chron 28:12).

One of the Ephraimite chiefs (2Ch 28:12) who with Obed are said to have opposed the enslavement of the Judahites taken captive by Pekah in his war against Ahaz (circa 734 BC).
