Jahzerah

JAHZERAH (ja'zĕ-ra). A priest of Israel (1Chr.9.12), perhaps the same as Ahzai of Neh.11.13.

JAHZERAH jä’ zə rə (יַחְזֵ֛רָה). The ancestor of a priest who returned from the Exile (1 Chron 9:12); called Ahzai in Nehemiah 11:13 (KJV Ahasai).

ja’-ze-ra, ja-ze’-ra (yachzerah, meaning unknown): In 1Ch 9:12, an ancestor of Maasai and apparently = "Ahzai" of Ne 11:13.
