In order to secure the authoritative state of the BiblicalTraining library, we have established four user roles. The Teacher Role is for teachers in accredited schools.
Teachers may submit the work of their students, but the article will be listed with both their names. It is our hope that many seminary and graduate students will make their start in the publishing world by moderating many of these articles.
This role can create new articles and moderate changes in articles written by Editors and Students. This role is self-moderated. Teachers can enlist the help of their brightest and best students in which case all work is attributed to both the Teacher and the student.
Types of Articles and and Activities
The staff of BiblicalTraining has pre-assigned 10,432 articles to this category. They may not be controversial passage but they are important. They include articles such as "Aaron, Mt Sinai, love."
The Teacher role is also able to combine existing articles into one or create new articles (see Format of Articles).
The Teacher role is also able to create new articles (subject to the moderation process by the BTL team).
When an Editor (role 3) or Student (role 4) make suggested modifications to a Teacher's article, those suggestions go into a queue to be okayed by the Teacher (or his students). If they are not accepted or rejected within a month of submission, the editorial staff of BibleGateway will make the determination
