Gideoni
GIDEONI (gĭd'ē-ō'nī, cutter down). A prince of Benjamin’s tribe (Num.7.60) whose son ruled them (Num.10.24).
GIDEONI gĭd’ ĭ ō’ nī (גִּדְעֹנִֽי) the father of Abidan, the leader of the tribe of Benjamin in the wilderness wanderings (Num 1:11; 2:22; 7:60, 65; 10:24). He is mentioned only as the patronym in his son’s name.
