Francis Nathan Peloubet
1831-1920. Writer of Sunday school literature. Born in New York City, he graduated from Williams College (1853) and Bangor (Maine) Theological Seminary, and was ordained (1857) as a Congregational minister. He was pastor of several churches in Massachusetts from 1857 to 1883. He produced between 1875 and 1920 the annual volumes of Select Notes on the International Sunday School Lesson, as well as writing Sunday school quarterlies from 1880 to 1919. He also revised several Bible dictionaries.
