BIZTHA bĭz’ thə (בִּזְּתָ֨א, perhaps eunuch). One of the seven eunuch chamberlains of Ahasuerus, king of Persia, whom he sent for Queen Vashti (Esth 1:10).

International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915)

One of the seven eunuchs or chamberlains of King Ahasuerus (Xerxes). It is possible that the name is derived from the Persian besteh, "bound," hence, "eunuch" (Es 1:10).
