BIGTHA (bĭg'tha). One of the seven chamberlains of Xerxes (Ahasuerus) (Esth.1.10).


BIGTHA bĭg’ thə (בִּגְתָ֤א). One of the seven eunuch chamberlains of King Ahasuerus. He commanded them to bring Vashti to the king’s banquet (Esth 1:10). He may be the same as BIGTHAN of Esther 2:21, or BIGTHANA, Esther 6:2.
