BATH-RABBIM THE GATE OF băth răb’ ĭm (שַׁ֨עַר בַּת־רַבִּ֔ים). A gate of the city of Heshbon mentioned in Song of Solomon. It means literally “daughter of a multitude.” Near it were pools used to picture the eyes of the bride in the Song.
