Lesson 9: Equipping People for Ministry

This lecture is part of a Certificate course that needs to purchased before attending. If you have purchased the Certificate, please login to attend classes.

In a large church, diversity of gifts typically supports the full range of ministry needs. In the small church, however, how do you meet the full needs of the congregation when all the apparently-necessary gifts are not present? Do you force people to do what they are not gifted to do?

Appreciation for the voluntary contribution of our people to the ministry of the church should be the norm, but is it? Does your church recognize the investment of your people as often or as well as it should? What can you do to be more expressive in your gratitude to the good work of your people?
