Evidence for the Resurrection
Central to the truth of the Gospel is the resurrection of Jesus. As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:17, "If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins."
Dr. Peter Williams, from the Tyndale House, says that the empty tomb and the various post-resurrection appearances, when taken together, are compelling evidence for the resurrection. Here is a video of Dr. Williams summarizing these two arguments.
