Followers of Jesus often become neglectful of the truth of who we are in Jesus and to underrate Jesus and the authority we have because of Him. We are called to stand firm, and also resist the hostile powers. The armor of God described in Ephesians 6 corresponds to characteristics of the Messiah that originate in Old Testament passages. It is important that we pray to God and rebuke Satan.
