Dear Friends,
We at BiblicalTraining wanted to express our thankfulness to the BiblicalTraining community. We are so happy to be able to serve you, and to continue providing new resources to help you grow into Christ-likeness.
It has been a good year. We are fully into a major revision of the site that will help us move BiblicalTraining from being just great content to being an actual discipleship program for new believers, mature believers, and even future pastors, where we can help you learn in community and holistically (head, heart, hands).
You don't normally get to see all the email we receive from people around the world who are benefiting from BiblicalTraining, but here is one that came in today.
Dear Brother Bill Mounce
This is Tariq here. I am involved in teaching and training local Christians (both laypeople and Christian workers) at different Christian colleges and institutions in Pakistan. My vision is to see the students become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ and effective witnesses of him in Pakistan.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you for making excellent training resources available online free of cost. Words cannot describe how helpful they have proved to me in preparing for my talks to train lay people and Christian workers.
The Book of Revelation is a very relevant book to the church in Pakistan because of the persecution and pressures we face here. So I decide to teach this book to my students at a local Bible college in Lahore. I want to tell you that I am finding the lectures by top class scholars like Dr Ben Witherington, Dr Craig Blomberg, Dr Thomas Schreiner, and Dr Robert Mulholland very helpful in teaching myself the book in great detail and passing this knowledge to others. Thanks a lot for making all of this happen.
Your ministry has a worldwide reach through these wonderful online resources. Praise God for this!

Little did I suspect when starting BiblicalTraining that we would have this level of impact, an impact that would not be possible without the prayers and financial committment made by many of you.
A year ago I was offered a job, and much to my delight my wife (Robin) urged me not to take the job but rather to give the time to BiblicalTraining. I was glad to do so, and I have been amazed at the people, connections, and opportunities that the Lord has brought into my life. This January I get to travel to a closed country and visit with underground pastors, to learn what their lives are like first hand and to ask how BiblicalTraining can help. I would appreciate your prayers during the month, especially as I am getting rotator cuff surgery in a week on my right shoulder. Travel will be interesting.
There are many other stories to tell, but I mostly wanted to say thank you to all who have helped us come to this point, and to ask that you think through how you can support our great cause, creating the best educational materials for the most people at the most affortable price. Thank you.
Blessings,
Bill Mounce
